Diamond xAPI

xAPI - Identity - Graphic Design

Description

Project Data

The Diamond xAPI project was designed and developed in the xAPI Cohort. The development and design of this project were to help learning and development professionals at a jewelry track the types and size of the diamonds sold. This integrated with a point-of-sale system which collected the sales associate's name and then prompted them to describe their sale at the end of the transaction. The module is working; however, statements are disabled currently.

This solved the problem of needing to collect sales data in real-time to push out more effective training more quickly that was tailored to the employees' needs. This increased sales performance when coupled with effective training. Being creative with xAPI can solve many issues within the corporate setting such as collecting data more quickly.
